Refund policy

Refunds for merchandise:

Refunds can issued within 30 days of purchase for new and unused products only. No refunds for opened or used items, custom cut foils, custom painting orders. Receipts required for all refunds. Returns without refunds receive store credit. Store credits do not expire. Store credits may not be exchanged for cash.

 

Refunds for class cancellation:

Cancellation by attendee: Deposits for classes can be fully refunded 45 days prior to class date. Class deposits will be refunded, minus 25%, 44-30 days prior to scheduled classes. Class desposits will be refunded, minus 50%, 29-15 days prior to scheduled class. No refunds 14 days prior to be class will be issued. All deposits may be banked and rolled over to another class, without penalty, up to 14 days before scheduled class date.

Cancellation by studio: should studio cancel class for any reason, all students will receive a full refund or the ability to roll deposit over to next class without penalty. Studio is not responsible for hotel and travel expenses.
